The location was ideal, not too far from Richland Skatepark. Btw, went to city center, located relatively close to the hotel. The room was a nice size and brand-new and the bed was comfortable.

This modern hotel is beyond compare. It had everything we needed for our one night stay in Richland. The staff at the venue are amazingly friendly and excellent. The location is exceptionally nice, close to a beautiful park on the banks of the Columbia River, River walk, the river, and a lovely riverside park. Additionally, the Crehst Museum is relatively close to the hotel.

It's a nice place for staying and exploring Richland. The breakfast is wonderful, offering sausage, bacon, and French toast served in the bar. Central location close to the restaurant and River walk. Restaurants and bars are close to the hotel.

Lovely views from our impeccably clean room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and an adjoining terrace and ample space. The pool area is nice too.

Greatly enjoyed the room by the ice bucket, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great as for me, not far from the paved walking / bike path that parallels the river, the store and the public areas. It also was on the river side of the Inn.
Some of the staff were unresponsive.
